What the platform does
Semester-level credit truth
Half credits, failed semesters, credit recovery, and held credits are tracked individually. Held credits never count toward totals until released.
Assessments and endorsements
EOC results and endorsement sequences are checked as their own layer, so a student with all credits still surfaces when a test is outstanding.
Campus-wide audit runs
